UNCF Element Fleet Scholarship

In partnership with UNCF, Element Fleet has developed the UNCF Element Fleet Scholarship to provide need-based scholarships to junior and senior college students who are interested in business and business-related fields.
This scholarship opportunity is open to students who are full-time enrolled juniors and seniors whose current major is: Business (including but not limited to: accounting, business, human resources, finance, marketing, sales, supply chain management).

Eligibility Requirements

Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Must a US citizen or permanent resident.
Must have completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2025-26 academic year.
Have a demonstrated unmet financial need.
Be currently classified as a junior or senior
Full time enrollment in an accredited 4-year institution in the US.
Have a major in a business-related field, such as marketing, finance, sales, or human resources.

Preference will be given to candidates who are:

· Attending any 4-year HBCU,
· Any accredited 4-year college or university located in Maryland, Minnesota, or Washington, D.C.
· Permanent residents of Maryland, Minnesota or Washington, DC,
· Prior awardee of the UNCF Element Fleet Scholarship.
