TMCF | Sanofi Next Gen Scholarship

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Sanofi are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Twenty (20) scholars will be selected to receive a scholarship of $15,000 for the 2025-2026 academic school year. The total eligible scholarship amount will be allocated in two installments: one during the Fall 2025 semester and the second during the Spring 2026 semester (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).

Eligibility Requirements:

Be a full-time enrolled student as an undergraduate sophomore, junior, or graduate-level student at a HBCU during the 2025-2026 academic school year The program is open to all regardless of individual demographic background Current cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Health & Sciences, Engineering, or other related STEM field at an accredited college or university. Actively pursuing a career in the biopharmaceutical industry Must participate in the Sanofi NextGen Scholar program, including mandatory supplemental learnings and trainings, mentorship program, and meetings, as well as playing a role as an Ambassador to improve trust in healthcare Qualified and willing to participate, apply and interview for the Internship Program at Sanofi. Qualifications to be considered for internship opportunities include: Full participation in the NextGen Scholar program throughout the 2025-2026 school year Prior internship or relatable classroom project/experience Able to relocate to Sanofi office location and work 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the internship/co-op Intern candidates will be still required to apply, interview and be selected for positions during Sanofi’s internship recruitment cycle To be considered for future early career full-time positions at any US locations, internship or relatable experience is highly desired Must be available to interview with Sanofi week of April 14 & April 21 Must have the 2025-2026 FAFSA on file at your selected university/college by the time of selection Must be able to demonstrate a financial need Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551, with US work authorization

Scholarship Allocation:

The eligible total amount will be funded in two disbursements for the 2025-2026 academic year, based on the conditions outlined in the scholar’s contract.
