Recipient shall be determined by the NCCU Scholarship Committee; preference will be given to undergraduate student(s) from Warren, Halifax, and Vance Counties in NC who are enrolled in science, technology, engineering or mathematics degree programs in either the CHAS or SOB programs; must be in good academic standing and demonstrate a financial need; and must have a minimum 2.5 or higher GPA.
