The recipient shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee; must be enrolled in good standing; must be an underrepresented male from a public school system in NC with preference given to graduates of Durham Public Schools, Chapel-Hill Carrboro Schools, Orange County Schools, Chatham County Schools, and Granville County Public Schools; must have a GPA of at least 2.5; and must demonstrate a financial need.
