Recipient shall be determined by the NCCU Scholarship Committee; must be a enrolled in the Master of Library Science program in the Dept. of SLIS; must remain in good academic standings with demonstrated financial need; preference given to students in underrepresented communities within the field of Librarianship; and must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
