Bessie and William H. Smith Scholarship

The recipient shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee; must be an incoming freshman with at least a 3.0 GPA; must be from Durham County; preferably should have a Science, Engineering, Technology or Math focus; and recipient must demonstrate a financial need.
