The recipient(s) shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee of North Carolina Central University. The Scholarship Committee shall apply the following criteria in the selection of the scholarship recipient(s). This scholarship fund shall provide an annual scholarship to a student or students as follows: 1) Recipient(s) must be a resident of Durham County, North Carolina; 2) Recipient(s) may reapply for renewal each year of undergraduate study as long as the recipient is in good academic standing as defined by North Carolina Central University
