Must be a NC resident of an underrepresented minority group. Must be enrolled at NCCU as junior in good standing in accordance with the university; a full-time student and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Be admitted to the SOE Teacher Education Program major within SOE. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. Must have financial need. May apply for renewal if remains in good standing based on criteria.
