Richard A. Miller Memorial Endowment

The Recipient(s) shall be recommended by the Athletics Director of North Carolina Central University. The Scholarship Committee shall review and confirm selection based on the following criteria. This scholarship shall provide an annual scholarship to a student(s) as follows: Recipient(s) must be enrolled at North Carolina Central University; Recipient(s) must be a student athlete; Recipient(s) shall demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
