Arthrell Dupree and Earl A. Sanders Endowed Scholarship

The recipient(s) shall be determined by the Scholarship Committee of NCCU. The scholarship committee shall apply the following criteria in the selection of the scholarship recipient(s). This scholarship shall be limited to a single student until such time as the fund can support additional awards. This scholarship fund shall provide an annual scholarship to a student or students as follows: 1) Recipient(s) must be an undergraduate student from North Carolina, preference will be given to students from Durham, Orange and Pitt county. Students may come from public, private, or independent schools, or be home schooled; 2) Recipient(s) must be majoring in the humanities and/or fine arts; 3) Recipient(s) shall be in good academic standing as defined by NCCU, and have a minimum GPA of 2.9; 4) The recipient(s) shall demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Office of Financial and Student Aid.
