MOPH (Purple Heart) Endowment

The scholarship will support a junior enrolled in the elementary education program who meets the specific criteria established by the Special Education Department of NCCU and approved by the MOPH and the American Association of Colleges and Teacher Education. The recipient must be enrolled in the four special education courses in Mental Retardation during the academic year.
