Dr. James P and Carolyn Smith Green Endowed Scholarship

The Scholarship Committee shall determine the recipient(s) and apply the following criteria in its selection process. An annual scholarship will be awarded to an undergraduate student who is a resident of Vance or Craven counties in the state of North Carolina.
