Recipients must be enrolled at NCCU in good standing. Should be a resident from Lenoir County, NC; high priority should be given to recipients majoring in at least one of the following: 1) education; 2) physical education: exercise sport science; 3) business; 4) music. The recipient(s) shall be determined by the scholarship committee. Must have a financial need.
