The Jean & Jay Scales Endowment

The recipient must be enrolled in NCCU; must have a 2.5 GPA; must also demonstrated an interest in supporting the development of children (ages 5 to 10) and junior (ages 11 to 15) in their community; demonstrate a financial need determined by Student Financial Aid.
