Howard Clement III Endowed Scholarship

The Scholarship Committee shall determine the recipient(s) and apply the following criteria in its selection process.  This scholarship shall be limited to a single student until such time as the fund can support additional awards. Recipient(s) of the scholarship should be: 1) Residents of Durham County, North Carolina, or Charleston County, South Carolina; 2) Enrolled in the Department of Public Administration at NCCU; 3) In good academic standing as defined by NCCU, with a grade point average of 3.5 or greater; and 4) Demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid.
